Student Leadership
Step Up. Lead Boldly. Live the Example.
At ELVT Students, we believe leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about towels.
The Student Leadership Team exists to develop high school students (10th–12th grade) who want to grow in their faith, serve others, and lead by example in their schools, homes, and church.💡 What Is ELVT Student Leadership?
The Student Leadership Team is a group of committed students who take ownership of the ministry. These students don’t just attend — they lead.
From helping plan events to welcoming new students, from leading small groups to serving behind the scenes, this team sets the spiritual and relational tone for the entire ministry.🔥 What We Value
1. Character Over Position
Leadership starts with your walk with Jesus. We care more about your heart than your highlight reel.2. Service Over Status
Leaders go first in serving others — because Jesus did.3. Growth Over Comfort
We’re all in process. Leaders are teachable, humble, and hungry to grow.🙌 Who Can Apply?
Students currently in 10th–12th grade who are active in ELVT Students and ready to take the next step in their faith and leadership.
📝 Ready to Lead?
If you’re ready to go all in and use your influence for God’s glory, we’d love to have you apply!

I Have Questions...
💬 I Have Questions
Real Questions. Real Faith. Real Answers.
We all have questions about life, faith, and God — and that’s okay.
In our upcoming series, “I Have Questions,” we’re tackling the real topics students are asking about — the doubts, the confusion, and the stuff we often don’t talk about in church.
This series is all about creating space for honest conversation and biblical answers.
🙋♂️ What Kind of Questions?
No topic is off-limits.
We want to know what you or your student are wondering about.
Some examples:
Why does God allow bad things to happen?
Can I lose my salvation?
What does the Bible say about identity or anxiety?
How do I know God is real?
Why is following Jesus so hard?
Whether your question is deep, personal, or just something you’ve always wondered — we want to hear it.
📝 Submit Your Question
We’re collecting questions from students and parents as we prepare for this series.
Every response helps us speak directly into the real conversations happening in our homes and schools.
👉 Click here to submit your question anonymously
🔥 Why This Matters
Faith isn’t afraid of hard questions — and neither are we.
Our goal is to help students discover that God’s Word truly has the answers they’re looking for.
So, what’s your question? Let’s talk about it.
